Legislative and Regulatory Drafting

• Regional Activity to Promote Integration through Dialogue (RAPID) - assisted in reviewing and drafting of reform legislation for the ICT, radio frequency, and broadcast sectors in Namibia.

• Assisted the Government of Montenegro in the drafting of rules and regulations for liberalization and regulation of the telecommunications sector.
